- Q: "What are the terms for the kinds of Model photography?"

- Q: "What is this stylist thing?"
- A: The look that the makeup and hair stylists give has to enhance your appearance (at least) and has to be suitable for photography rather than the street or the runway. More fanciful creations are also possible. One experienced makeup artist is Candace Corey.
- Q: "Who is this stylist person? The woman who cuts my hair says she also does makeup."
- A: The stylists I use are experienced in doing makeup and hair specifically for photography ("print work"). If you want your beautician to do your makeup and styling, have her contact me with her portfolio.
The intense lighting used in still photography requires different makeup
techniques than street makeup.
Q:What should I wear for my fashion or portrait session?
A: The services of a fashion stylist such as Candace Corey (above) or others is used to define what is particularly right for your look, but a general idea can be had from (A long answer) see also whatever they show in Vogue magazine etc.
Q: "What's with the cookies?"
I use Netscape Web Garage Hit-O-Meter so I can see how visitors like my site.
It puts the cookie on for its use. They're harmless, not intended to violate your privacy but to keep from counting duplicate hits as separate unique page views. y
Q: "Why do you have ads on your site?"
A: Much of the traffic is from "model lookers" rather than from serious prospective customers or models. I'm pleased that folks like my work, and the ads contribute somewhat to defraying the cost. You can help by clicking the banner at the top of the browser window, regardless of whether you are interested in what's advertised. Then close the new window that opened, and continue perusing my site.
